Announcement merger
Royal Lankhorst Euronete Group is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded the merger of its operating subsidiaries in Portugal by incorporation of Lankhorst Indutech – Cerfil, S.A. and Lankhorst Euronete Ropes, S.A. into Euronete, Produtor de Redes de Pesca, S.A..
The new company resulting from this merger is called Lankhorst Euronete Portugal, S.A. registered under the VAT nr. PT 500 347 670, with head office at Rua da Cerfil (Cap. Gramaxo), 4471-909 Maia, Portugal.
This merger is purely an operational restructuring within our group that will not influence the normal business relations with our divisions.
